Customer Services

SFIA employs a central Administration Team at our head office in Twyford primarily to administer financial business and provide telephone and Email support to our Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and customers.

Our team are very experienced in processing financial service transactions between clients, IFAs and Product Providers. With full access to Product Providers on-line systems and state of the art back-office software, SFIA operates an extremely efficient and confidential service.

Our team maintain a good relationship with all Provider contacts and take pride imparting a friendly and professional service onto our clients. We provide full administrative support and assistance to the IFA's throughout the school fees advisory process which enables our specialists to focus their expertise on the needs of their clients and ensure that the business runs smoothly.

Our Head Office is open between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 0845 458 3690. If you telephone out of office hours then you can leave a message on our answer phone; alternatively you can email the office at any time on enquiries@sfia.co.uk. Your email will be attended to by one of the administration team.
